I currently lead the design and experience strategy for AZBrain, AstraZeneca’s medical and commercial Gen AI applications. I also support other AstraZeneca teams with conducting user interviews, usability testing, research and data analysis, campaign strategies, and leading workshops.
Achievements
- Designed 10+ Gen AI applications for AZ Brain, two of which won Awards!
- The Medical Affairs Planner app won a 2023 AstraZeneca OBU award.
- The Insight IQ app (AstraZenecas Gen AI Chatbot) won a 2024 AstraZeneca Executive VP OBU award.
- Increased the AZ Brain project budget by 300% per year, driving additional revenue for Appnovation.
- Designed a proof of concept prototype for the Medical Affairs Planner application that helped my client to secure additional budgets to launch versions of the app in UK, Germany and other markets.
- Managed 2 Jr. Designers over the course of the project.
