I led the design and experience strategy for AZBrain, AstraZeneca’s medical and commercial Gen AI applications. I also support other AstraZeneca teams with conducting user interviews, usability testing, research and data analysis, campaign strategies, and leading workshops.

Achievements
- Designed 12 Gen AI applications for AstraZeneca’s Oncology Business Unit (OBU). 8 of them shipped and 2 won awards, one of them being AZ Brain Insight IQ (AZ Brain’s Gen AI chatbot).
- The Medical Affairs Planner app won a 2023 OBU Award in the category of Maximizing Assets in Our Tumour Areas!
- The Insight IQ app won a 2024 AstraZeneca Executive VP OBU award.
- Scaled project scope and budget by 300% year-over-year.
- Designed a proof of concept prototype for the Medical Affairs Planner application that helped my client to secure additional budget to launch versions of the app in UK, Germany and other markets.
- Managed 2 Jr. Designers over the course of the project.
